Adult Christian Education

ADULT EDUCATION SERIES
2003 - 2004

Proverbs 24:3-4 "By wisdom a house is built and by understanding it is established; by knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasure.

This year some exciting changes have been made in our adult education program. Because it is sometimes difficult for people to commit to the traditional nine-month courses we have added short courses of one to eight sessions. In addition, we are planning Lenten programs to make that special time of year more meaningful. These changes will provide a new level of variety that we have not had before. We will continue to have the Sunday morning Lectionary courses, movie nights, Bible Studies and book studies that you have enjoyed in the past.

We hope that you will find a time or day that fits your schedule and topics that will help you to grow in your faith and understanding of God's love in community with the people of St. Peter's.

We invite your suggestions for future programs. Contact: Karen Patton; 972-491-7485; max_patton@yahoo.com

Easy credit is a great convenience in modern life, yet it is all too easy to find ourselves in heavy debt, actually in bondage to money! Such servitude can prevent us from serving God in the way we would like.
